Here’s what you need:
hydrated white bulgur wheat 
walnuts
almonds 
raisins
dehydrated cranberries 
dehydrated mulberries 
fresh diced apricots
honey 
almond or coconut milk 

Here’s what you do:
Hydrate 1/2 cup bulgur wheat by soaking it in filtered water for about an hour or so. Drain any excess water. Place unused portion in the refrigerator for additional servings. (It will keep for about a week cooled)

Mix or match these or any other similar dry ingredients in a bowl. Whatever nuts you like–pecans, dates, etc.

Place your favorite diced up fruit in the bowl, i.e. bananas, strawberries, blueberries, apricots, peaches, etc

Squirt in some honey to sweeten. Pour almond or coconut milk over the mixture and ENJOY!
